• July 27, 2004: Informal parent orientation and get-acquainted meeting for anyone curious about, or possibly interested in, volunteering.

• March 17–19: IHSA All-State Basketball Tournament Pep Band. The CCHS Pep Band has been accepted as the Official Pep Band for the March 18 playoff games. This is an overnight trip.
  
  
• March 26, 2005: Belleville East, Metro East Jazz Festival — The contest date has been changed to March 19. We will not be competing at this event on the new date.
  
  
• March 29, 2005: Feeder school festival. This is a new date on the schedule. See the schedule for the day.
  
  

April, 2005

• April 16, 2005: IHSA Organization Festival
  
  
• April 23, 2005, Southeast Missouri State University Jazz Festival
  This event has been cancelled because of the conflict with prom.

May, 2005

• May 3, 2005: Southern Illinois Society of High School Achievement Banquet — Jazz Combo

• May 6, 2005: Spring concert, CCHS Auditorium, 7 p.m.
  
  
• May 7, 2005: St. Louis Music Showcase Festival (Six Flags)

• May 12–14, 2005: Music in the Parks; Louisville, Kentucky; Concert Band & Jazz Contest. This is a three-day/two-night trip.
  Music in the Parks has been cancelled from the Spring 2005 calendar.
